You pic the big buck in a very nice pose, showing its beautyful antlers in the sunlight. He look fat and healthy. Will sure get the best of the harem. The simple compo with green tree and golden grass is magical. I am glad you have opportunity for shots so beautyful.

Yes I think this buck will be in demand this fall. I have not seen too many bucks this year even the little ones. Thanks Yves for your comments they are always appreciated and I try to learn from them.

He stands out beautifully against the grasses and dark trees here, lovely composition and detail of the buck too, Debra. Judging by that pose he's a busy boy these days and you've captured the moment and mood perfectly. Great shot.
